Not only does Renee manage tenant requests, rent collection, court proceedings, perspective tenant background checks and maintenance needs, but she also isolates me from my tenants. For me, isolation is the most beneficial aspect of Renee's service. Tenants take negative news and lease enforcement as more a matter of fact when a property manager is involved. Bottom line is that tenants are less likely to rebel when a property manager is involved since the relationship between tenant and property manager is less personal than tenant and landlord.
