APPLYING ONLINE
Interested in applying for one of our wonderful rentals? If so, you can download our rental application and applicant authorization form and pay securely online to expedite the processing of your application.
Along with the application, authorization form and the $35 application fee (per adult applicant), you must also provide the following information for each applicant to complete the processing of the application:
1. Copy of Driver's license or State ID
2. Copy of Birth Certificate, Social Security Card OR Passport
3. Last two pay stubs
Please note that applications will not be processed without the application fee and not providing all of the above supporting documentation will result in a delay in processing your application or the denial of your application.

PRE-SCREENING for TENANTS
We are currently offering pre-screening services and background checks for potential tenants who have not found the perfect property just yet. By completing the application and screening process first, we can notify you when a potential rental match is found, you best of all, you will already be approved!! The best part is, there is no application fee until we contact you for a rental match and you decide to lease the home! Only then will the $35 application fee (per applicant) be charged.
If you would you like to be added to our tenant database and submit your application, please use the "Contact Us" link to email us the following information:
- Name
- Contact information
- Size of home you are looking to rent (including bedrooms, baths, basement, etc.)
- Total number of people to occupy the home
- Maximum monthly rent
- Zip codes for the areas you would like to move to
- How soon you would like to move
We do not sell information to third parties and you will only be contacted in reference to your search for housing.
